refundable, unless otherwise stated below:
*A refund (on the original/sale/promotional amount paid for the returned course) will only be
available if the course is having an issues or damaged because of the system errors.
We strictly do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges – there are no exceptions for this
Note: If you do not receive your refund after 30 business days, first and foremost contact your
credit card company (Specifically for purchaser who made payment via credit card) as it may
take some time to process the refund. Next, kindly contact your bank as usually some processing
time applied before refund made. If you have done all of this step and you still not received your
